MiKi's back!!! I just picked her up from the shop this morning. fixed the power steering, got some new parts... now good as new. I looked across to street and saw her birth place. *sniff sniff*... such fond memories... feels like just the other day, she was first handed to me when she was 10 miles old.

just got a call from Lawrence... MiKi had a mal-functioned power steering valve. the part was suppose to come in today but hasn't arrived yet. i took the crapolla to the local mid-way car rental, hoping to blame the A/C malfunction to get an upgrade but they stuck me with the exact same crapolla with a working A/C. oh well... can't blame me for trying.

small but tough
still haven't heard from Lawrence... power steering craps out. three recalls. can't count the times i've taken MiKi to the shop for tweaking. hmm... here's a funny clip of why some of you should consider getting a VW . as for me, i roll with the punches... MINI MANIA, BABY!!!!
just took MiKi to the shop. looks like she's staying there over-night. last night while i was driving home, the power steering crapped out. i took her in today and Lawrence (service agent) told me she's got 3 recalls, but nothing major. oh well... i've rented out a "crapolla" (toyota corolla) and the A/C doesn't work. not even a "S"... all i got to say is... "weak". they better give me a discount when i take it back. - stay tuned.

my recent trip to mountain high... waited in a car line for more than two hours while needing to pee. skid on a icy spot on the road.... did a 90 degrees into the opposite lane and MiKi shut off. i took it as a bad omen. turned around and went home.
